“Wealth Friends” is a brand of Mahrberg Wealth AG, a financial intermediary based in the Principality of Liechtenstein, under which financial investment products are marketed. Mahrberg Wealth AG is responsible for the collection and use of your personal information as described below in this data protection declaration. - What data do we collect and how do we do that?
We record your first and last name, your postal address (street, house number, postal code, city, country) and your e-mail address. If you provide us with further contact data, such as your telephone number, fax number and/or other contact details, we also will record this information.

Mahrberg Wealth AG uses your data for two purposes: (1) to maintain contact with you, (2) to forward your data to a knowledgeable and dedicated consultant for the purpose of contacting you.
- Which third parties have access to your data?
Within the company of Mahrberg Wealth AG, your data will be made available only to those employees who are responsible for answering your questions. Furthermore, your information will only be forwarded to a competent consultant, who is not an employee of the company, Mahrberg Wealth AG, and only for the purpose of establishing contact for the arrangement of a consultation. Otherwise, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
- How do we back up your data and how long will we store it?
Mahrberg Wealth AG has taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against loss or misappropriation, for example, unauthorized access to data. In this context, we take into account the state of the art and the costs of implementation in order to ensure an adequate level of protection with regard to the risks involved in processing the data and the type of data to be protected. We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to process your request and in case of follow-up questions. No later than six months after that, the information stored with us will be deleted.
Mahrberg Wealth AG ensures that the third-party consultant (third party) who gets involved for consultation at your request, has the technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against loss or misappropriation, such as unauthorized access to data.

- Right of access
You may ask us if we process any personal information about you and, if so, require access to that information in the form of a copy. In this case, we will provide you with additional information, such as the processing purposes, the types of personal data involved, and any other information you may need to exercise this right.
- Right to correction
You have the right to have your data corrected if it is incorrect or incomplete. Upon request, we will correct inaccurate personal information about you and, taking into account the processing purposes, complete incomplete personal data.
